As an Accountant at AnimateUIX, you will play a vital role in managing the financial health and integrity of our company. Your expertise will be essential in handling our financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights that will help guide our business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) and present them to management.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with accounting laws and standards, and stay updated on changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Tax Handling: Manage tax filings, including calculating tax liabilities and preparing tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary payments, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Internal Audits and Controls: Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial information and improve financial processes and controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
